Returns

Conditions for returns:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned with the original receipt within 30 days of receiving the parcel.
  • Items must be in a saleable condition and not worn.
  • All swing tag labels and tickets must be attached.
  • Packaged items must be returned in their original undamaged packaging.
  • Hats or boxed items must be returned in their original presentation boxes, wrapped in an outer protective wrap.

Note: Permanent sale items are not eligible for a refund unless deemed faulty. They can only be returned for a store credit or exchange.

 

Process for making a return:

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@moobaba.com.au. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
