All orders are packed and shipped within 3 business days of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays. During high seasonal demands, this timeframe may be impacted.

Shipping Service

Shipping Carrier: All orders are shipped with Australia Post. Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.

A signature is required upon delivery unless you notify us otherwise. If you prefer a different delivery option, please email us at at the time of order to ensure your preference is accommodated before your parcel is shipped.

Delivery Responsibility: Once your order has left our warehouse and is in the hands of the delivery company (Australia Post), any delays or issues caused by the delivery company are outside of our control, and we cannot be held responsible.

    Loss, Damage & Delivery Disputes

    If your parcel's tracking information indicates that it has been delivered, but you have not received it yet, please contact us at, and we will launch an enquiry on your behalf with the shipping company.

    If your parcel has arrived damaged, please contact us as a priority at and provide photos when possible. We will then provide instructions on how to proceed with the issue.

    In the case where Authority to Leave (no signature on delivery) has been advised and your delivery shows as delivered, Moo Baba and the shipping company are removed of all responsibility, as the buyer has opted for a non-secure delivery method.

    If you have any delivery disputes or concerns, please contact us in writing, and we will address the matter with Australia Post.

      To ensure the security of transactions, we reserve the right to delay dispatching orders until confirmation of payment has come through. This may take take up to several business days, and once confirmed the process of dispatching the order will commence.
